The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will open up the Houston, TX market for i Fund Cities.
Backed by a proven real estate investment and support team at I Fund Cities who have funded over $1BIL in deals since 2018, the TSM will leverage their local real estate knowledge, relationship building, and proven/quantifiable record of sales production to market our flexible and reliable lending platform.
Our sweet spot is small to mid-sized real estate investors and developers looking for quick, no hassle, competitive financing solutions for their new construction, fix and flip, rental, and multi-family investment projects.
You will bring your connections to your role for sure, but we also provide leads, a base salary, uncapped commissions to reward you for exceptional performance, and a seasoned team of co-founders who get the market, understand and live real estate investing, and know how to deliver quick, efficient and scalable financing options without the traditional BS and loads of paperwork.

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth within their assigned territory.
Position Summary: The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with businesses, local partners, and key stakeholders within their designated territory. This role requires a highly motivated, self-starter with a proven track record in real estate or mortgage lending sales, a deep understanding of the alternative lending landscape, and the ability to articulate the value of i Fund Cities' products.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and nurture relationships with business owners, community leaders, and strategic partners.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Product Knowledge:
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of i Fund Cities' alternative lending products and their benefits.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct compelling sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of i Fund Cities' financial solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and customize sales collateral as needed.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date sales pipeline.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to management
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and customer support, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices
Compliance:
Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure all sales activities adhere to compliance standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
7-10+ years of quantifiable results in sales and new business/market development within the loan origination, wholesaling, or real estate investment
In-depth knowledge of loan origination processes and alternative financing solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
An entrepreneurial spirit
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
