Position available immediately for a Front Desk Agent with exceptional HOTEL guest service skills. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for ensuring guests have positive experiences, by greeting them warmly, anticipating their needs, answering questions about the area ie: dining, entertainment, directions, etc. Our Front Desk serves as the central point of contact for all hotel guests.
**Job Duties And Responsibilities**
Duties include answering the phones and checking guests in and out.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize with excellent follow-up skills and customer service. Responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until the guest checks out. Front Desk Agent will also perform other duties or responsibilities which might be required by a manager.
**Qualifications**
* Available on flexible shifts/days, with no restrictions.
* Ability to effectively deal with guest concerns in a friendly and positive manner including listening to the nature of guests concerns, demonstrating empathy with the customer and providing positive and proactive solutions.
* Hotel Front Desk experience preferred
* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong computer proficiency.
* Preferably at least 1-year experience working in hotel guest services/hospitality industry.
* Neat professional grooming and present a positive attitude to guests and fellow employees.
