What You Will Do:
  • Create and process delivery documents, packing slips, and shipping labels using SAP, Microsoft 365, and other computer software.
  • Read, understand, and retrieve applicable manufacturing procedures, purchase orders, and regulatory documents to create order packets for N-Ray setup operators.
  • Promptly resolve discrepancies and errors in documentation and labeling.
  • Regularly communicate via email, phone, and in-person with vendors, colleagues, and customers (both internal and external) to ensure timely acknowledgement and resolution.
  • Assist with development and continuous improvement of delivery documentation and administration processes.
  • Set an example in terms of attendance, punctuality, and work ethic for the entire Logistics department.
  • Maintain and promote a strong commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • HS Diploma. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is
  • required.
  • Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience required.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives
  • (ATF) access.
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data entry and use of computer systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Lean / Six Sigma program experience preferred.

The salary range for this role is 34,000 USD - 69,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
