OHI Inc. is actively seeking a Territory Sales Executive. The role entails expanding business within current accounts by introducing new products and services from the OHI portfolio. The executive will focus on promoting and growing business with key regional clients in OHI's primary product categories: foot orthotics, AFOs, footwear, and central casting (where available). The expectation is to maintain a frequency of calls and meetings that surpasses managerial expectations, aiming to cross-sell new product lines into existing OHI accounts. Compensation for this position includes a base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities:

The primary duty of an account executive is to build and sustain product relationships within a designated territory. Top accounts necessitate the engagement of various strategic personnel from the organization. Sales Executives are instrumental in garnering support and participation from OHI staff, aiming to boost account revenue. This involves determining which OHI staff members can contribute to the accounts and in what capacity (a detailed organizational chart "map" will be supplied). Sales Executives collaborate with RSDs to devise tailored sales strategies for each account, pinpointing client needs and formulating plans to address them. They ensure existing accounts are informed about new products and programs through emails, videos, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings. Additionally, they work with clients to set realistic revenue targets (for both the client and OHI) concerning customer re-engagement, growth, and the introduction of new product lines to the practice. A Sales Executive is well-versed in all offerings of their employer, enabling them to respond to any inquiries or issues effectively. Travel constitutes 50% of the job, varying by location. Minimum Requirements:

University degree preferred. 1-3 years of proven success in an outside sales role. Experience with consultative selling in medical accounts. Excellent oral and written business communication skills. Strong time-management and organizational abilities. Creative problem-solving skills. Highly self-motivated and a team player. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Reliability and honesty. Access to a reliable internet connection. Ability to travel with reliable transportation, at least 50% of the time.
