*Horizon Health* is seeking a part-time *Clinical Assessment Coordinator (PRN)* at Good Hope Hospital in *Erwin, NC*, to work on our 16-bed general adult inpatient psychiatric program.

*Responsibilities:*

The *Clinical Assessment Coordinator*, in conjunction with the Program Director, coordinates referral development and pre-admission patient assessment process, and provides clinical assessments for potential clients.
