Temp to Hire
The Customer Experience Specialist responsibility includes performing duties to support our customers in the form of email, chat, and phone as well as order entry. In addition to delivering quick and accurate customer responses this role is responsible for managing assigned responsibilities daily, weekly, and monthly as outlined in the dashboard.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide daily customer support via phone, chat, and/or email
- Keep records/cases of customer interactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken so department improvements can be considered
- Proactively look for improvements on all interactions with internal and external customers
- Maintain HIPPA and FERPA laws in accordance with the compliance requirements of company
- Data entry for POs from e-mail, phone, fax, mail, and web orders as needed
- Providing ongoing business system testing for ERP, Salesforce, and other customer experience applications
- Collaborate with other department personnel to resolve customer issues, enhance the customer experience, and/or provide customer support
- Other duties as assigned by manager
