A recognized consumer products company in Westchester County is looking to add a new Technical Project Manager (Marketing Technologies) to their team in White Plains.

Please note: this role is hybrid in office Tuesday/Wednesday each week.

Responsibilities:

The Technical Project Manager (Marketing Technologies) will:

  • Develop project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications
  • Evaluate and recommend marketing technologies and platforms that align with business objectives
  • Oversee relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor performance
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and fulfill stakeholder expectations
  • Manage the integration of marketing technologies with existing systems and processes, overseeing deployment activities and ensuring smooth transitions
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, specifications, plans, and reports
  • Provide post-implementation support, monitoring system performance, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise after deployment
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience as Technical Project Manager
  • Experience in systems implementation, including business process design, development, and training.
  • Strong Agile Methodology experience with Web development technologies.
  • Strong project management experience in Marketing technology applications: Websites, Content Management System (CMS), Digital Asset Management System (DAM), Consumer Data Platform(CDP), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; including MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, MS Office and Visio
  • Excellent leadership skills and have the ability to listen, build rapport, and develop credibility as a strategic partner
  • Excellent Communication Skills, with ability to understand business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
