Position Overview TheAssembly Technicianis a critical member of our Production Team that will ensure company and customer quality standards are being met. They oversee the manufacturing of products, and they are involved in every stage of making a product--from development and manufacturing to packaging. This includes driving continuous improvement activities that eliminate waste and Non-Value-Added Activity. What you’ll be doing Must follow standard operating procedures and written instructions which vary by assembly. Communicate inspection results and reporting in a timely manner. Attend and support all line meetings as part of the daily direction setting process. Operate production equipment; utilize tools to complete assemblies in accordance with operational policies and procedures. Strict attention to detail required and documentation of workflows and test results. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs), Job Safety. Support off shift critical work and emergency repairs where required. Complete daily tasks. Communicate with other assemblers, technicians, managers, and other department members as necessary. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Assist Manufacturing in repair work. Adjusts or aligns specified by blueprint or other specification limits. Other duties as assigned. Is this role for you? Proven work experience as an Assembly Technician or similar role. Good eye-hand coordination to construct small parts and pieces into a final product. The ability to use various hand tools to produce a final product. Ability to follow instructions and diagrams as delivered for each product. Solid work ethic and integrity. Must be able to work efficiently independently. Must be dependable and accountable. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
