Security Compliance Program Manager

Micron is seeking a talented and experienced Security Compliance Program Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security compliance programs tour organization adheres to relevant regulations, industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development: develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security compliance program tailored to Microns specific industry and needs.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with relevant regulatory requirements, standards, and frameworks and ensure the organizations adherence to these requirements.

Policy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, update, and maintain security policies, standards, and guidelines.

Audits and Assessments: Coordinate and facilitate internal and external security audits, assessments, and compliance reviews.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and lead initiatives to enhance security compliance within the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information security or equivalent experience.

6-8 years' experience in security compliance.

Strong knowledge of relevant security regulations and standards (Sarbanes Oxley and ISO 27001).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant certifications are a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross functional teams.
