Compensation and Benefits
We understand the importance of competitive compensation. Therefore, we offer attractive hourly starting rates in every market we serve.
PAY:
Gain immediate access to your earnings as you work.
SAVE:
Automatically set aside a portion of each paycheck.
BALANCE ALERTS:
Monitor your real-time earnings and plan for upcoming expenses.
Compensation:
$17.50 per hour plus benefits after a designated period.
Shift Details:
Weekend shifts on Saturday & Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Monday & Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. (40 hours full-time).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service as your primary focus.
- Monitor and assess the assigned area, providing detailed reports on activities.
- Respond swiftly to critical situations.
- Maintain proficiency in writing comprehensive reports.
- Enforce customer protocols, regulations, and standards as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Ability to successfully complete a thorough screening process, including drug testing and physical examination.
- Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred.
Prior to commencing employment, candidates must possess or obtain a Bond & City Guard Card, with the license and bond maintained annually by the officer.
