is the successful planning and execution of our social media strategy across all platforms and channels. Key objectives are to drive brand awareness, reputation, engagement, preference and conversions. This individual will play an important role in directly engaging with key target audiences and communities, elevating visibility for all of our brands. Research audience preferences and discover current trends. Create engaging text, image and video content for social platforms. Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products. Measure and implement social tactics for growth hacking Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness. Team player. Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries. Respond to on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans. Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics. Oversee social media accounts’ layout (feeds). Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions. Fluent in all social platforms (not just IG).
