Immediate need for a Senior Operations Financial Analyst for an established and growing global manufacturing company. This company is in a growth phase and this person will become a pivotal player in advancing the manufacturing finance function at the location. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, employing comprehensive financial analysis to inform decision-making, crafting detailed financial models and forecasts, and contributing to the development of strategies that fuel financial success. Seeking an established Manufacturing Financial Analyst with strong cost accounting experience.

Select Responsibilities

Undertake thorough financial analysis to guide operational decision making.

Create financial models and forecasts specifically tailored to manufacturing operations.

Assess the financial health of operations through the evaluation of KPIs.

Scrutinize and monitor manufacturing costs, pinpointing areas for optimization and efficiency enhancements.

Collaborate with operations teams to comprehend cost drivers and implement effective cost control strategies.

Contribute to the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for manufacturing operations.

Track and report on budget variances, offering insights and recommendations.

Provide financial insights supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Generate regular financial reports for senior management.

Develop and maintain standard costs for all products in collaboration with procurement, production, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field

MBA/Masters preferred

4+ years of relevant experience

Proven experience as Financial Analyst within a manufacturing environment

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Project Planning and Office
