Essential Duties & Responsibilities

:

Cost Analysis Create and analyze ad-hoc financial reporting to ensure operational efficiency for all departments. Create and prepare reports that are digestible for all team members. Advise executive leadership team on all budget and budgeting decisions. Oversees all accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. in all finance matters for the company. Regularly audits accounts to ensure compliance. Assist in preparing and communicating monthly financial information and key performance indicators to leadership. Create and implement processes and procedures for the finance & accounting departments. Review financial aspects of all proposals and contracts. Assist leadership team with creating annual budgets. Oversees and creates business activity reports, financial forecasts, and budgets. Led, manage, and oversee the offshore finance team.

REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

5+ Years' experience as a Controller, Financial Lead or Director of Finance Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Financial Management Excellent management and supervisory skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient to expert in Excel Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong work ethic
