Our client is seeking a Lead Field Compliance HSSE Engineer to join our Operational Excellence and Compliance Unit. This unit is the overarching umbrella for the department's focus areas, enabling elements and their associated systems, processes, and practices. It is responsible for the department’s adherence & commitment to health, safety, security and environmental requirements. It is also responsible for operational excellence by leveraging benchmarking excellence practices across the globe.

The Lead Field Compliance HSSE Engineer's primary role is to implement, review and report on all aspects of the health, safety and environmental (HSE) management systems. To ensure HSE compliance by all employees and contractors in adherence to a Saudi

global energy

company and governmental regulations. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HSSE from a recognized and approved program.

15 years of experience in HSSE, with at least 5 years in the environmental field. Acknowledged international certificates related to HSSE such as Certified in Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Health & Safety Management System (ISO 45001), Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), orInternational General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health and Safety. Experience in risk management, process safety, emergency management in hydrocarbon facilities, biodiversity, circular economy, wastewater management andenvironmental initiatives. Demonstrated knowledge of delivering hands-on health, safety and environmental aspects. Must also have the ability to assist with developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive health and safety programs. Key Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for health, safety and environmental works in all department fields. Monitor the performance of employees' contractor/sub-contractor and identify andraise any health, safety or environmental concerns. Review health, safety and environmental procedures and effectively implement HSE plans. Prepare and submitweekly HSE reports. Adhere to and implement internal HSE management system requirements and procedures. Follow up on outstanding HSE issues, and ensure prompt closure with adequate evidence of compliance.
