Job Description LuminUltra is hiring a Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Communications & Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will focus on creating, supporting, and optimizing our marketing programs. This role will be responsible for supporting the development of marketing campaigns, tracking and reporting on results and other marketing metrics, and assisting in the development of customer personas. This is an exciting and dynamic position within an innovative team. The Marketing Specialist will play a major role in helping the organization define the right target audiences and supporting production of engaging content. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, creative, well-organized, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, the Marketing Specialist will have key responsibilities, such as: • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns towards targeted audiences. • Review existing data sources, including customer data to develop customer and client personas to support the product, sales, and marketing teams’ projects and campaigns. • Be the internal resource for information on our target audiences and best channels of communication. • Lead the development and curation of meaningful content on social media, collaborate with other teams on thought leadership and lead generation assets all tied back to the identified personas and markets. • Design questionnaires and discussion guides, surveys, and conduct focus groups or 1:1 interviews to support persona development. • Advise members of the marketing team and other stakeholders on best practices for engaging with specific audiences. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree, with a Major in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; or equivalent combination of relevant professional experience and education. • 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing and content creation. • Experience managing corporate social media accounts. • High sense of urgency and entrepreneurial work ethic to drive business outcomes. • Excellent analytical skills and an interest in reporting and data analysis. • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Team player – excellent communication skills to work with colleagues across other departments. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – proficient grammar in copywriting.
