OPERATIONSSPECIALIST

Job Summary:

Coordinatewith Deposit Operations Supervisorinimplementing and carrying out bank policy & procedures with respect tooverall operations of the bank. This position's primary responsibility it toperform a wide range of deposit operations and clerical duties. This positionis responsible for keeping records of financial transactions for establishmentby performing the following duties.

Essential Responsibilities: Branch and Legal research Large Dollar Exception Review and Two Signature Review Daily Review of Exceptions items to Include, NSF/Uncollected,Chargebacks, Positive Pay, Non-Post Activation of Dormant and Inactive Accounts Opt-out maintenance to account Return Mail processing Scanning of the Signature Cards Daily verification of New Certificate of Deposit report toascertain that the rate is within the established rate. Block Posting Branch ATM Deposit Review W-8 Review and Update

Reconciliation Debit Card Claim ACH claims ACH origination Positive Pay Review NSF/Uncollected Report Review Forgery Claims Review Notice of Death/Notice of Reclamation REG D account review Controlled Account Review Stop payment Input Stop payment Review Escrow checks Official Interest Checks

Independence of Judgment:

The degreeof judgment is related to the compilation and/or presentation of simple tomedium information

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Impact of Errors:

The impactof errors in this position could affect job and department activities andessential activities of administrative, operational or business nature thatmight have a considerable economic impact.

Minimum Requirements: High School certification and/or courses' certification in relatedfields; and/or equivalent experience in retail operations.
