Our optics are used in various internal systems such as wafer alignment, wafer leveling, inspection, stage measurement, reticle manipulation, and metrology measurements.The Equipment Engineering group directly supports all of Optics Fabrication by delivering safe, precise, reliable equipment with maximum uptime availability for Production to meet their quality and throughput goals. This is a large responsibility because the majority of optical fabrication processes rely on stable equipment for proper execution.
