Job Description: The Event Specialist at BeloForm Craft will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events to promote the company’s brand and services. This role involves managing all aspects of event planning, from initial concept to post-event analysis, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and achieves its objectives.

Full time - On site Pay Range:

$27.50 - $33.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including trade shows, corporate events, product launches, and promotional activities Develop event concepts and themes in alignment with the company’s brand and marketing strategy Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness Create and manage event budgets, tracking all expenses and ensuring events stay within budget Coordinate event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, catering, and equipment setup Develop and implement promotional strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities Proficiency in event management software and tools Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
