The digital accessibility platform market is accelerating and maturing rapidly with robust competition and investment. As the largest player and most innovative player in the space, Level Access is positioned to help define the market for the upcoming decade. Effective product marketing will be essential to maintaining and extending our competitive advantage and achieving our aggressive multi-year growth targets.

Reporting to the CMO, the VP Product Marketing will play a large role in marketing and participate regularly with executive decision making processes. They lead a team a team of product marketers, collaborate extensively with marketing, product, sales and customers success stakeholders, and engage frequently with executives and across the company. You will bring the voice of the customer, the needs of the market, and product vision together to help us drive strategic insights for product and go-to-market.

In this role, you will define the strategy the execution of product marketing as a critical function. You and your team will: Integrate and enhance product positioning into brand and go-to-market in the context of customer needs, market and competition Collaborate with product to ensure a differentiated, customer-value-driven, marketable and salable product roadmap Maintain and extend our messaging and positioning framework as part of our overall strategy framework Create, independently and through collaboration with SMEs, content, messaging, thought leadership, and collateral for deployment across the buyer and customer lifecycle, including web, assets, email, webinars, campaigns, infographics, whitepapers and presentations Create and manage sales and customer success enablement materials to facilitate demand gen, opportunity maturation, wins, expansion, renewals and referrals Develop, create and maintain sales plays for major routes to market for new deals, expansion and renewal Develop and maintain deep and effective competitive intelligence including competitive messaging, battlecards, collateral and win stories, and displacement plays and campaigns Develop and execute a win/loss program to drive improved sales process and product roadmap Collaborate with sales and revenue operations to create, monitor, tune and optimize pricing and packaging for best product-market fit, win rates and gross margin Help extend and enhance our thought leadership position internally and externally through speaking opportunities, content, events, webinars, user groups and other engagements Be a spokesperson, advocate and influencer in the market and for our solution Help create effective and powerful demo sequences and support product in creating best-in-class demos and demo environments

Requirements 8+ years of proved product marketing leadership in a B2B SaaS, enterprise sales motion environment Deep and demonstrated understanding of marketing, sales and product processes Excellent ability to synthesize technical and marketing content to create effective and powerful messaging in verbal, written or presentation forms Self-starting, self-directed leader ready to define and execute strategy and be a strong collaborator across sales, marketing, product and executive teams Technically strong with the ability to understand and communicate effectively with developers, marketers, legal and other internal and external personas Excellent prioritization, time management, team management and expectation management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong Salesforce and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Strong public speaker, presenter and public story teller
