About The RoleHead of Children's ServicesWe are recruiting now for a Head of Children's Service to join us at an exciting time of growth for the organisation.Currently overseeing seven children's homes, but rising to 10 over the coming months, this is exciting time to join Kisimul as we look to increase our offering to more young people in need of our specialist care, education and therapeutic support.Who are we?Kisimul exists to enable meaningful lives by bringing to life aspirations, goals and dreams for the people we support and our colleagues. This is achieved through a values and purpose led culture where our strategy is to have the happiest homes, live the healthiest lives and to create the brightest futures.What will I be doing?As Head of Childrens Services, you are accountable for leading the Childrens division of the organisation and providing high quality, person-centred care to the young people we support.You will also be a ccountable for the delivery of the divisional plan to ensure that our homes are suitable environments for people to flourish supported by values led and experienced teams.You will need to be able to communicate at all levels to help drive engagement and to ensure all team members understand how they uniquely contribute to the divisional and organisational strategyYou will develop and lead a highly motivated and empowered workforce to deliver our meaningful life model and to achieve optimum results for all our young people and stakeholdersAs a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will take co-responsibility for delivering the organisations in year business plan.
