What youll be doing You will help one of the largest civilian government agencies, Health and Human Services (HHS), move their business forward. As a trusted advisor, youll add value for us and our customers by solving their business problems. Youll bring a consultative selling approach and become a specialist for HHS and your peers by expertly packaging and tailoring our solutions to meet their needs. Your role is critical to establishing us as a premier business partner. Understanding and evaluating industry, business and customer trends to build strategic plans that drive sales. Developing deep relationships with your customers while getting to know their businesses, markets, and the challenges they face. Crafting creative solutions to help customers realize their goals. Selling services and solutions to help our customers connect better and become more efficient. Developing winning outcomes for both us and our customers. Demonstrating value so that customers choose our solution. Growing our business while making customers happy. What were looking for You enjoy digging deep to really understand the customers vision along with their unique situation and challenges. You like putting things together in new and creative ways to best solve the customers most pressing needs. You look for win-win solutions wherever you can and enjoy collaborating with others. Youll need to have: Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant work experience. Experience in account development and leadership. Experience selling to Federal Government Agencies Willingness to travel. A valid drivers license. Background check/verification conducted by the HHS to be determined suitable to perform on this award. Even better if you have one or more of the following: A degree. Existing relationships/selling to HHS Experience selling on the Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract Experience selling network and data center solutions like cloud computing, network security, contact center solutions, and CPE offerings. The drive to meet or exceed challenging sales targets. Experience selling to the Clevel Strong communication skills to effectively position new ideas. The ability to persuade and negotiate to create desired outcomes. The ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $130,000.00 and $242,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
