Assist with IP litigation and disputes, including patent, trademark, copyright and other matters. Manage several time-sensitive projects at once, with eagerness to take on the latest legal issues. Assist with other projects on the Legal team, as needed. WHO YOU ARE J.D. degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar. 4+ years of trademark and/or general intellectual property experience at a law firm, government, or in-house role, including experience building and enforcing trademark portfolios and counseling on other intellectual property issues such as copyright and open source.
