Description

Position Summary: Lead the document control activities in support of the QMS Quality Management System and provide administrative support to the Quality System department.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • The coordinator is our Document Control champion and administrator in our Electronic Document Management System. The coordinator will also resolve issues for MonoSol EQMS users and lead the resolution of issues identified in our CQ-Help desk.
  • Review and approve raw material suppliers' Certificate of Analysis (COA), or supplied raw materials, may be required.
  • Create Purchase Requisitions for the Quality Department Purchases Orders.
  • Report on the health of our Quality Management system to the management team. Promote the use of Dashboards and other auto-generated reports.
  • Payroll, support and PTO tracking and entry into the system is also an expectation of the position.
  • Order supplies for all US plant Quality and Bitter labs.
  • Database, Spreadsheet and Excel navigation and report generation will be a regular activity of this position.
Qualifications

Position Requirements
  • High School Diploma or associate degree
  • 3-5 years of experience working in an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing company, preferably with quality, document control and/or other administrative experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Process oriented
  • Able to prioritize work and keep multiple projects moving forward.
  • Excellent keyboard, data entry and word processing skills
  • Database knowledge, Microsoft Word and Excel experience required.
  • Certification and participation in the Internal Audit team(s) is strongly preferred.
