We are looking for a B2B Camera Product Management Associate to join our B2B Camera team, who is knowledgeable and experienced of camera, lens and accessories for B2B Customer.

The Product Management Associate plays a critical role in both pre-sales and Post-Sales, seamless integration of Sony's camera products. This position involves close collaboration with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, as well as maintain contact with customers with sales in order to reflect in future improvements of products and system solution proposal

This role is based in San Diego office and will primarily involve working with international teams and developing B2B customers across the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pre-Sales Support: * Work with the sales team to understand B2B customer requirements and design solutions that leverage Sony's camera products.

* Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities to showcase product capabilities.

* Provide expert advice during customer meetings and discussions to address technical queries.

* Post-Sales Support: * Maintain contact with customers with sales in order to reflect in future improvements of products and system proposal

* Customer Success: * Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.

* Monitor customer environments to anticipate potential issues and provide preemptive solutions.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.

* 1-3 years related experience.

* Experience and strong interest in cameras, lens and accessories

* Interest in implementing remote control system solutions for B2B customers using SDK and PTP protocols.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $76,375 to $101,834. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
