Responding in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. Working closely with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales departments to maintain proper working relationships. Training, directing the work of, resolving issues/problems, and coaching and counseling the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation. POSITION DETAILS: At least one year of Front Desk experience as Guest Services Agent, and/or two years’ experience in the Hospitality field. Assist in maintaining continued training for Front Desk staff. Assist in coaching, counseling, and development of Front Desk staff. Perform Front Desk duties as necessary and schedule the associates.
