Your Path to Success will be measured in these following ways:

  • Quote Follow-Ups: Proactively follow up on quotes provided to customers to ensure timely responses and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Customer Communication: Provide detailed information (working with in-house subject matter experts) to customers regarding their repair quotes, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on the status of their quotes and repairs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and follow-up activities in the companys CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and repair teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues related to quotes or customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to the quote follow-up process to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficency

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, inside sales, or service delivery role is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving
