We are looking for a Client Service Manager that has grit, resiliency, and a competitive flair that will challenge the status quo and drive our team to be innovative and industry-leading.

We are looking to bring on a Client Service Manager to join a highly talented, growth-motivated team. The Client Service Manager will be instrumental in driving new traffic to the brand and an essential element of our success. As the Client Service Manager, you will be working directly with customers in local markets and use a creative approach to promote a full line of products and services available to the consumer. This Client Service Manager position will be multi-faceted, as you will also support and collaborate cross-functionally with the Customer Service, Sales, and Direct Marketing departments to provide frontline feedback regarding the customer, client and brand experience.

The Client Service Manager Will:

  • Meet with customers and clients to develop a deep understanding of their personal needs to conduct a tailored product and service recommendation.
  • Handle all questions, complaints, and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to promptly and efficiently resolve issues.
  • Manage business transactions in connection with activation of new customer accounts while simultaneously abiding by all CDC and state guidelines
  • Possess a broad working knowledge of all company practices and operations and demonstrate an active student mentality and proficiency to maintain that knowledge
  • Support the Managers and confidently make recommendations to improve specific operating procedures, processes, and minimize customer churn
  • Participate in ongoing on-the-job training including, but not limited to one-on-one training sessions, virtual webinars, and roleplaying various scenarios
Client Service Manager Qualifications:
  • Experience in a customer service, sales, or hospitality background with at least 1-2 years of experience is a plus for this Customer Service Representative position
  • Leadership traits recognized within your community and social groups
  • Solution-oriented with the grit to overcome any challenge with an optimistic approach
  • A natural communicator and comfortable speaking in a face-to-face setting or in front of a large group of people
  • Team-oriented and possess a strong will to teach, motivate, and mentor others
