Job Requirements

What you"ll bring to the team:
* Four-year Bachelor"s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field with a minimum of 5 years" chemical plant management experience or a minimum of 8 years" experience in one or more chemical plant management functions: production, materials management, technical, engineering or maintenance
* Minimum 5 years" prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing operation
* Significant Lean and 6 Sigma experience
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong interpersonal relationship skills
* Strong computer skills in MS Office
* Experience with business management systems, preferably SAP
* Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
* Strong mechanical aptitude
* Experience with capital and project management
* Experience with operations accounting and budgeting
* Experience dealing with Hazardous Materials
