A well-established tech services company is currently seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join their team as their new Marketing Director to join team. In this role, the Marketing Director will be responsible for implementing brand strategy and campaigns, including building a marketing plan around contemporary marketing principles and specific market acceptability.

Responsibilities:
The Marketing Director will:

  • Assist with the brand development to bolster brand identity and loyalty
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements
  • Coordinate and attend conferences to showcase and market our product line
  • Develop a yearly calendar of events with corresponding budgets for appropriate conferences, marketing releases, and systemic marketing activities
  • Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement of marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
  • Review data and prepare marketing reports for leadership and all key stakeholders
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities and to drive lead generation through webinars, optimized web content, social media, blogging, email campaigns, SEO, and events, google ads, etc
  • Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design, website design/content and organizing the company's publications, including social media opportunities
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
  • Collaborate with internal team as well as outside resources to develop thought leadership gated technical content and support of new product development
  • Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing and/or a related field
  • Proficiency in Data & Financial Analytics
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
