is in search of a seasoned Senior Sales Executive familiar with the Healthcare Technology Industry to advocate for Intenna Systems’ cutting-edge cellular Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) solutions.
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise and industry connections to pinpoint opportunities within hospitals and healthcare facilities across the United States that lack adequate cellular, public safety, or private 5G network coverage. In this role, collaboration with design engineering and operational teams is crucial to tailor DAS solutions and proposals to meet client needs effectively.
Responsibilities include crafting marketing materials, devising lead generation tactics, orchestrating direct sales efforts, nurturing and expanding channel partnerships, monitoring pipeline opportunities, and finalizing DAS agreements. A key aspect of the role involves spearheading an outreach initiative aimed at furthering Intenna Systems' presence in the Healthcare Technology sector.
We seek an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently and relishing in the process of making sales calls and fostering new connections. Previous experience in Healthcare Technology is essential.
This role necessitates adept communication with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Moreover, the ideal candidate will possess a track record of selling solutions that deliver exceptional value to customers, with additional experience in technical or IT systems considered a definite asset.
Key Job Responsibilities
Investigate and develop new opportunities with end clients and industry partners
Investigate leads generated from Intenna Marketing Programs
Attend and promote Intenna Systems at industry and trade events
Manage and interpret customer requirements and sell solutions
Guide and oversee solution designs and proposals and ensure timely submission
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, overseeing all stages from initial sales to final installation, ensuring seamless coordination and successful implementation
Effectively communicate company offerings and industry expertise to expand market awareness
Deliver technical presentations to clients
Prepare responses to RFP and RFI
Ultimately responsible for the generation of opportunities and sales of Intenna products and services within the Healthcare Technology sector
Create proposals for clients for cellular, in-building distributed antenna systems (DAS) installations, along with ongoing maintenance and service contracts
Develop a sales pipeline and lead generation strategy
Travel as much as 60% of the time to interview potential clients and discuss expectations of DAS design and coverage objectives
Requirements
Education/Certifications
Minimum of bachelor’s degree, engineering major a plus but not required
Experience/Minimum Requirements
Minimum of two to five (2-5) years of sales, business development and/or client engagement experience in the Healthcare Technology and/or IT field
Strong understanding of the Healthcare Technology or IT Services
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, potential customers, employees, and senior-level leadership
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks independently, and with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Other Skills/Abilities
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on sales and customer service
Possess strong organizational skills and adept at adhering to a structured approach when completing tasks.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and well prepared
