Whether it is their family home, a senior care home, or a senior living communityYour Impact:The Marketing and Communication Director is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing and communication strategy for the business area Senior Care. The Director oversees the planning, execution and evaluation of various marketing and communication campaigns and initiatives that promote the organizations brand, products and services. The Director also leads a team of marketing and communication professionals in the business units (dotted line) and coordinates common global activities. Preferred locations for this position is Sweden and the Netherlands.Key Responsibilities:Develop the Marketing and Communication strategy in co-operation with the BA management team.Set the central budget for Marketing and Communication and consolidate the complete BA budget in co-operation with the respective business units.Establish and implement short- and long-term strategic plans that supports the business areas goals as well as the goals for the ASSA ABLOY Group and ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions within the Marketing and Communications area.Lead and support the marketing and communication professionals within the respective business units from a functional perspective (dotted line reporting) and ensure alignment of the BA strategy within the different units.Develop and follow up on KPIs which supports the BA and division strategy.Stay updated on the latest market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Ensure compliance with the organizations policies, values, and standards.Ensure quality and consistency of marketing and communication across the business area.Brand ManagementEnhance the organizations brand awareness, reputation, and visibility in the market.Ownership of common BA platform(s) for communication and brand management, such as homepages.Marketing and Product MarketingPlan, execute and evaluate various marketing and communication campaigns and initiatives across different channels and platforms.Monitor and analyze the performance and impact of the marketing and communication activities and provide reports and recommendations.Ownership and harmonizing of common BA framework and platform(s) for product documentation used in sales activities and by customers.CommunicationResponsibility for external communication activities related to the business area, such as acquisitions, global product launches etc.What You Bring:At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably including leadership experienceExperienced in project management and change managementExperienced in working with technical product documentationExperience from working in a global environment, in a matrix organization, in a scale-up business and/or with international expansionProven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies and campaignsProficiency in the English language, both in speech and writing.
