BUKOM is een familiebedrijf met een vestiging in de regio Noord-Holland en een vestiging in de regio Zuid-Holland. Ter verdere uitbreiding en verdere professionalisering van de HR-Afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een Corporate Recruiter met affiniteit voor HR-taken. Als Corporate Recruiter help je om de groei van ons bedrijf ook te laten plaatsvinden met nieuwe medewerkers. Daarnaast ondersteun je de afdeling HR als HR adviseur met de verdere professionalisering en automatisering van de afdeling. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Werving en selectie van nieuwe medewerkers; Employer branding verder vormgeven; Onboarding nieuwe medewerkers; Adviseren, informeren en begeleiden van medewerkers; Ondersteunen van verdere optimalisatie HR-Administratie; Meedraaien van diverse HR-projecten, oa duurzame inzetbaarheid, levensfasebewust personeelsbeleid, opleidingsplan etc.; Rapporteren aan de Finance- & HR manager. Voor de functie vragen wij iemand met: Je beschikt over een HBO werk- en denkniveau; Je hebt affiniteit met techniek; Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als recruiter; Je bent communicatief sterk; Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; Je werkt secuur en nauwkeuring en je bent een teamplayer; Je hebt een proactieve, flexibele en gemotiveerde houding ; Je neemt initiatief en bent een echte doener; Je bent handig met computers en beschikt over kennis van MS Office en AFAS.
