Lead Center-Based Registered Behavior TechnicianAchieving True Self, Washington County, MD**Please note: We are currently only considering internal candidates who also already work at the center.**What Do ATS Lead Registered Behavioral Technicians Do?Lead Center-Based Registered Behavioral Technicians at Achieving True Self (ATS) use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to provide 1:1 direct services with the utmost quality in our centers and mentor other RBTs. Our therapists create a fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance from the individuals we are fortunate to serve, collect data on their programming targets, and provide comprehensive support to their parents and caregivers, teachers, and other members of their treatment team.
