Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Hagerstown, MD. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our team members. You will work closely with our clinical staff to deliver exceptional care to our young clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct initial and reassessment evidence-based assessments per deadline
  2. Assess the family's and consumer's strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences
  3. Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, facilitating skill transfer to all caregivers
  4. Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records
  5. Deliver exceptional, consumer-focused, evidence-based treatment through ethical interactions
  6. Emphasize individual motivation and engagement to create the space for ongoing progress
  7. Be a steward of ATS's mission, vision, values, and beliefs
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and be recognized as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Be licensed as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst
  • An inherent desire to train, supervise and develop new BHTs and RBTs, to help support exceptional clinical outcomes for our kiddos
  • A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record is required
