Behavior Technician Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans in home and community settings.
  • Collect data and record it in our Electronic Health Records system.
  • Support families and caregivers in implementing new skills.
  • Be a steward of our mission, vision, values, and beliefs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record.
  • Ability to work evenings and after-school hours.
  • Ability to use technology for documentation and administrative tasks.
