What You Will Do

As a Supply Chain Analyst within the Supply Chain team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various cross functional teams by doing meaningful data analysis, identifying trends, building reports and dashboards to help in effective decision making. A successful candidate would need to be exceptionally passionate about analytics, articulate, inquisitive and technically driven.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams like Logistics, Material planning, Supply Planning and Sourcing to understand their challenges, capture data requirements and propose analytics-based solutions and improvements
  • Conduct intricate problem analysis and drive a logical resolution to a problem statement
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as power BI and Excel
  • Analytical ability to dissect the data to provide actionable insights, inferences, and visualizations
  • Identify trends, patterns and anomalies using advanced tools and techniques
  • Assists multi-functional team on finalizing nonstandard subcontract agreements
  • Tracks the status of requisitions, agreements, and contracts
  • Represents procurement on a variety of subcontracting matters
  • Work regularly with Procurement, Planning and Logistics to access, appraise, and analyze relevant datasets
  • Self-starter who can work independently and takes accountability for delivering team outcomes
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, data analytics
  • 3-5 years of recent experience in data analytics with a focus on Operations, Procurement or Logistics
  • Strong business acumen, broad-based understanding of MRP concepts, supply chain planning and willingness to quickly learn and stay updated with latest trends
  • Experience with Power BI or similar advanced data analytics tools like Tableau required
  • Extremely skilled in excel advanced capabilities like macro, pivots, analytical functions
  • The ability to write SQL code and general understanding of database concepts would be desirable but not needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven recent analytical experience with Supply chain planning
  • Knowledge and understanding of the ERP system is a great plus
