Position: IT Asset and Procurement Specialist

Location: Indianapolis, IN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset and Procurement Specialist with a strong background in Asset Management System. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive and detail-oriented background with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the procurement, deployment, and tracking of IT provided hardware and software
  • Maintain hardware stock, accessories, and supplies to established min/max levels
  • Perform audits on software usage and licensing quantities
  • Forecast inventory needs for new employees and refresh cycles
  • Create/Run reports and provide to management
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • Experience with Asset Management System
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
