Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for an IT Asset & Procurement Specialist to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for assisting with the procurement, deployment, and tracking of IT provided hardware and software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the IT Manager to develop asset management lifecycle processes
  • Maintain hardware stock, accessories, and supplies
  • Identify savings opportunities including licensing and renewals
  • Create and maintain asset management, hardware refresh, and procurement related documentation
  • Track and ship hardware as needed
  • Track and collect hardware
  • Perform audits of software usage and licensing
  • Provide reports to management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience utilizing ticketing system
  • Experience developing documentation
  • Working knowledge of hardware/software

PREFERRED SKILLS/CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Strong communication skills

TERMS:

This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $70K based on experience. They provide benefits including full medical, dental, and vision along with tuition reimbursement, 401K matching and other soft benefits.
