Job Description:

The Human Resources Assistant plays a crucial role in managing employee relations, talent management, and leadership development.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.

* Investigate and resolve employee complaints and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.

* Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.

* Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

* Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.

* Support performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees to support their professional growth.

* Identify leadership development needs and design programs to enhance leadership skills across the organization.

* Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on leadership best practices and employee management techniques.

* Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote leadership development and continuous improvement.

* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

* Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication of benefit plans to employees.

Education and Experience:

* High school diploma/GED

* 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and leadership development.

* Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a PLUS.

* MUST HAVE People Soft experience

* Must have a HR background in Automotive or Aerospace

Skills and Knowledge:

* Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

* Proven leadership and team management abilities.

* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

* Bachelor's degree

* HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.

* Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

El Asistente de Recursos Humanos desempe*a un papel crucial en la gesti*n de las relaciones con los empleados, la gesti*n del talento y el desarrollo del liderazgo.

Educaci*n y experiencia:
