Join us to provide direct patient care under direction of nursing staff. Perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom, or move patients, or change linens. May transfer or transport patients.
**Schedule:Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Shift Differential
of
$1.00 increase
in hourly wage
Friday night at 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM ,
$
2.00 increase
in hourly wage starting at
6:00 PM Saturday to Monday 6:30 AM
Some of the main responsibilities:
Night Shift:
Check residents every 2 hours.
Incontinent residents should be checked, cleaned, and/or taken to the bathroom.
Residents physically incapable of turning themselves should be turned no less than every two (2) hours.
Other duties as assigned by the Charge Nurse
Wash wheelchairs weekly as assigned.
Clean soiled equipment found in the dirty utility room every night.
Qualifications:
CPR and First Aid or ability to obtain (Required)
CNA License (Required)
AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain (Required)
TB skin test or QuantiFERON resultsin the last Year.
