KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting 3-5 years of accounting experience CPA candidate preferred Healthcare experience preferred Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and

manage competing demands effectively Proficient computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work effectively across functional departments Commitment to personal and professional growth, with a desire to continuously learn and

improve skills Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with colleagues and contribute to a

positive team environment Adaptability to the continuously evolving changes to the accounting landscape Candidate must reside in NE, OK, DC, MD, or VA

Primary to a candidate’s success in this role will be the ability to work collaboratively with corporate

functional areas. This is a true partnership role. He or she must also work effectively across functional and organizational boundaries in supporting operations to deliver top line & bottom-line expectations

while delivering superior services.

He/she will be a team player and have a positive “Can Do” attitude. The candidate will have a great

attention to detail and have the patience to deal with many variables that may arise within the

department.

MACHINES & EQUIPMENT The incumbent must be able to effectively operate the current computer system, telephone system, and other office machines such as a copier.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.

WORKING CONDITIONS The incumbent works in an office environment that is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions such as heat, cold, or extreme noise. Routine periods of being on the phone utilizing a headset, sitting and data keying are required. Periodic times working at the office site may be required.

Security and privacy training will be provided as part of this role to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of PCS’ associate and customer data.
