Social Media Coordinator, Personalization Mall

The Social Media Coordinator will help develop and manage the Social Media and Influencer Marketing Strategy for Personalization Mall and Things Remembered. The coordinator will be responsible for of all organic social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube), including planning, content development (including copy, photography and video as needed), scheduling, posting, customer inquiries, analyzing, and reporting on these channels for both Personalization Mall and Things Remembered. They will also help manage campaigns with key content creators and influencers based on business needs, content needs, KPIs and budgets. Increase community size and engagement by way of thoughtful content and interaction with fans. They will be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand voice and representing each brands values through all content and customer interactions and their goals will be to increase brand awareness and build an engaging social media community by leveraging channel-specific content, blog content, out-of-the-box thinking, social media best practices, influencers, and events.

ESSENTIAL AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the Social Media Manager to plan, develop and implement the social media promotional calendars, strategies, campaigns, sweepstakes, and content for all social channels for PersonalizationMall.com and Things Remembered brands.
  • Manage social profile pages to ensure up-to-date creative and copy are being featured and that the brand aesthetic and voice is maintained for PersonalizationMall.com and Things Remembered brands.
  • Work with the Social Media Manager and collaborate with the companys influencer agency to plan, develop and implement each brands Influencer Campaign strategy, including writing campaign briefs, creating curated product collections for influencers, managing day-to-day communications and working with influencers to ensure high-quality content is created and campaign deadlines are maintained. The coordinator will also be monitoring and reporting KPIs and utilizing data to continue to optimize content strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team and write creative briefs to guide creative development. Assist with photo shoots and video production as needed.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with content development team at 1-800-Flowers and within Personalization Mall/Things Remembered to support the Enterprises promotional calendar and strategic goals.
  • Moderate and grow user-generated content and utilize social listening to identify trending topics to develop social conversations among our audience.
  • Monitor and interact with community inquiries posted on all social media channels for Personalization Mall and Things Remembered to maintain prompt responses to customers.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure a positive customer service experience.
  • Work with the Paid Social Manager and Social Media Manager to plan, develop and shoot video content for both brands.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of social media activity for competitors and social media leaders.
  • Support Social Media Manager and Assistant Manager with managing assets, campaign creation, tracking, analytics, and measurement as needed.
