Senior Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a Senior Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional customer experience to our customers. A successful candidate will interact with our customers via email, phone, chat or social media. Qualified candidates will have excellent problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented and self-motivated. We are looking for professionals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer satisfaction. Position: Training will be M-F 8am-4:30pm, Primary Shift to be determined and every 3rd Saturday 9am- 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and emails from customers.
- Intake new customer information.
- Schedule Designer and Installation appointments.
- Open and review e-mail; solve problems; update databases; and verify and process orders and payments.
- Follow directions and adhere to guidelines and policies.
- Engage in problem solving.
- Help customers make decisions.
- Help customers with billing and payments issues.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
