Senior Application Developer

JOB SUMMARY Highmark Health is seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in Informatica technologies. This role requires proficiency in Informatica IDMC, Informatica Saas MDM, Informatica CDI & CAI, Informatica REF360, and familiarity with on-premise Informatica tools such as IDQ, MDM, and PC. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS US citizen required due to contractual/access requirements. Pittsburgh location is preferred; if the candidate is within 50 miles of either the Pittsburgh or Camp Hill campuses, in-office presence is expected on Tue/Wed/Thu; otherwise, the role can be fully remote. Location Pittsburgh area with hybrid/remote flexibility based on proximity. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Takes a lead role for analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing more complex application enhancements, as well as providing general production support, meeting defined scope, target dates and budgets with minimal or no defects. Utilizes and participates in the more complex full system development life cycle, per current Highmark SDLC standards. Takes a lead role in collaborating with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions; focuses on innovative solutions to complex business needs. Takes a lead role in providing required technical support, including release implementations, on-call and 24x7 supports when necessary. Performs work in compliance with all Highmark and Highmark IT standards, policies and procedures. Actively takes a leading role and participates on project teams in roles such as Developer, Technical Lead and Project Manager, based on experience. Effectively communicates with team members, customers, partners and management, including assisting with or conducting more complex technical walkthroughs, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions and providing accurate and concise documentation. Pay Range Minimum: $67,500.00 Pay Range Maximum: $126,000.00 Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidates qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
