Job Title Jr. Professional Billing Application Coordinator (Certified EPIC Professional Billing) Location Grady Health System Job Description Jr. Application Coordinators have primary responsibility for design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of clinical applications. They are responsible for obtaining and maintaining in?depth knowledge of the application functionality, and acquiring knowledge of the clinical, operational, and revenue workflows to be implemented on the system. Jointly with department representatives, they design a future?state workflow and build the system to support the new workflow. They work with each other in workgroups, and across interdisciplinary workgroups, to accomplish these goals as a team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Experience providing analytical support of administrative and financial application in a large health system Ability to deal with a number of tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail Communicate efficiently with technical team as well as managers and end users both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems Strong organizational skills Possesses an understanding of hospital revenue cycle system capabilities to address process requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
