[ [JOB PURPOSE:Participates with state agencies, organizations that are involved with at-risk youth and job readiness and career development programs/services. Assists in the development of policy and procedures, and the planning, implementation, evaluation, monitoring, and revision of the aforementioned programs in accordance with legislative mandates and Agency Mission. **[JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:[Assists the CRC in the implementation of all programming, services, and data collection in the Midlands region (Long- and Short-Term Facilities, Evaluation Centers, Camps,Alternative Placement and other Community Partners). [Provides direct support to Job Readiness Training sites in the Midlands Region. This support may include but is not limited to providing appropriate DJJ referrals, programming,and scheduling of job readiness activities, data collection, and mentorship. Provides regional support services to: Long Term Facilities, Evaluation/Detention Centers, Alternative Placements locations (Camps-Group Home Providers). These support services include job readiness classes and programs, assessment /testing, career exploration, and certification programs.
