About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity to jumpstart your career in events and marketing. As an Events Assistant, you will receive comprehensive training while being the face of our clients at a variety of promotional events. While prior experience in events, promotions, or customer engagement is a plus, it's not a requirement.

Your Role & Responsibilities: As an Events Assistant, you will:

  • Spearhead the execution of promotional sales events and activities.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless operations during events.
  • Engage with potential customers to promote brands' products and services at exciting events
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers to understand their needs
  • Conduct captivating presentations and demonstrations (as required by the client)
  • Master and retain knowledge about the brands' products, services, and competitor offerings
  • Professionally handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
  • Complete new customer registrations
  • Keep track of interactions and compile daily reports to provide valuable feedback to clients
  • Effectively closing sales by demonstrating the value of products or
    services and overcoming any objections from clients.
  • Upsell promotional products and complete sales transactions as needed.
  • Contribute to post-event activities, such as gathering feedback and
    compiling sales reports.
