Ihre Aufgaben Als IT Global Business Consultant - Sales and Distribution arbeiten Sie eng mit den Teams für Auftragsmanagement, Vertriebsoperationen und Kundendaten bei Merz zusammen. Sie werden SAP und Tools von Drittanbietern nutzen, um Lösungen zu entwerfen, zu optimieren und umzusetzen, die Geschäftsprozesse verbessern. Darüber hinaus setzen Sie Ihre Fachkenntnisse ein, um Lösungen für das SAP ECC/S4 SD-Modul zu entwerfen, umzusetzen und zu unterstützen, einschließlich EDI- und CRM-Integrationen.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Beziehungen zu Vertriebsprozess-Verantwortlichen und Fachexperten aufbauen.

Design und Konfiguration des SAP SD-Moduls.

Unterstützung bei Integrationen mit Salesforce, Veeva und Drittanbieter-Apps.

Leitung kleinerer Projekte, Beitrag zu umfangreicheren SAP-Projekten.

Lösungsauswahl, RFPs, Anbieterdemos, Implementierung verwalten.

Unterstützung im Änderungssteuerungsprozess gemäß dem SDLC von Merz in Zusammenarbeit mit AMS-Partnern.

Mit interdisziplinären Teams für nahtlose Integration zusammenarbeiten.

Workshops zur Prozessverständnis, Schwachstellenidentifizierung, Anforderungserfassung durchführen.

Tests durchführen, Validierungsdokumentation erstellen.

Schulungsmaterial entwickeln, Benutzerschulungen durchführen.

Support der Stufe 3 und Fehlerbehebung bieten.

Ihr Profil Sie verfügen über:

ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt in der IT oder eine vergleichbare fachliche Kompetenz

5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung, einschließlich Erfahrung mit SAP SD Modulen und Integration

ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis des Vertriebs und seiner Wechselwirkungen mit der Logistik/Lieferkette sowie den Finanzen

fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse über Preisgestaltung, SAP-Outputs und SAP-Abfrageberichte

Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit, Ideen und Konzepte sowohl den IT- als auch den Unternehmensverantwortlichen klar zu präsentieren. Zudem verfügen Sie über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP).

Vorzugsweise haben Sie:

Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA und Migrationsprojekten von ECC zu S/4HANA

Erfahrung in multinationalen Umgebungen, in denen Vorlagenrichtlinien durchgesetzt werden
