RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General HR Administration: Processes unemployment claims, processing HR transactions, and provides support for new hire orientation, including HR's access control duties and employee photos.
  • HR Systems: Maintains HR Knowledge Base, assists with maintaining HRIS, assists with creating documents that translate HR business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements, assists with analyzing and reporting from HRIS, creates and monitors IT service tickets, conducts testing on HR systems changes. Serves as a resource for HR Team on HRIS matters. Assists with implementing new vendor systems and software implementation projects.
  • Serves as back up for processing timely, accurate and compliant biweekly payroll. Audit and process payroll documents.
  • Provides support to the Director of Compensation, Benefits and Employee Relations, including Support for the wellness centers.
  • Maintains proper filing procedures/record retention in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Performs other HR functions as required to support the HR Department.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or equivalent work experience required.
  • 2 - 4 years of general HR required including HRIS experience, unemployment claims processing and payroll administration.
  • Workday experience required.
  • Must have excellent customer service, analytical, and organizational skills, including a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Must be proficient in spreadsheets and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • HRCI, SHRM or equivalent certification preferred.
