Essential Responsibilities

Process audits and endorsements Check and attach insurance policies in Epic Assemble client’s insurance policies for delivery Process and issue proofs of insurance (certificates, evidence of property) Process endorsement requests, direct bill cancellations and reinstatements Obtain loss runs, endorsements, billing, etc. from carrier websites Attend office/team meetings as necessary Participate in carrier website training Handle other duties as assigned Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)

Minimum Required Skills And Competencies

Experience working in an office setting. Attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Dependability and punctuality. Experience with Microsoft software to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Desired Skills And Competencies

Active P&C License Prior personal or commercial insurance experience Prior Experience working with insurance software, preferably Applied Systems
